The Gabas mill, listed as a historic building heritage, is a building from the
16th century: the watermill adjoins the completely renovated residential part.

In the heart of Chalosse, 5 minutes from Saint-Sever, and 20 minutes from the thermal baths of Eugénie-les-Bains and Mont-de-Marsan, the mill is a privileged place to rest and enjoy a place authentic and rare character.

The mill is surrounded by a large garden, canals, a chapel, century-old oaks, orchards, a lake and woods which give it a most peaceful atmosphere.
